No matter where you go, you’ll get an eyeful in Iceland. Quaint houses sided with brightly colored corrugated iron, nature-inspired architecture, age-old farms, and of course some of the most unique nature in the world. Geysers (we came up with the word!), stunning waterfalls, black beaches, glaciers (the largest in Europe) and lava fields await you around every corner. Each region of the country offers its own unique landscape and history. Take time to explore, even if it’s as simple as a drive in the areas around Reykjavík. You won’t regret it.
